In order to be a member of NSAA one of the below options must be true.
By applying for membership in NSAA, I am confirming that I am a licensed attorney in the U.S. actively representing on a regular or continuing basis at least one of the following:
- A public school district, as “public school district” would be understood pursuant to the laws of the attorney’s relevant jurisdiction, which is a member of a state school boards association;
- A state school boards association; or
- Any public junior or community college which is a member of a state school boards association.
I am an attorney licensed to practice before the highest court of any province or state of a country outside of the U.S., or before a court of record of that country, and actively represent on a regular or continuing basis at least one of the following:
- A public school district, as “public school district” would be understood pursuant to the laws of my relevant jurisdiction; or
- A public junior or community college.
